Valentine’s Day is just around the corner and as timing would have it, we just received a donation of lots and lots of gently used romance paperback books in lovely condition. From Harlequin to cozy to intrigue to historical and many other takes on the genre, surely there’s something for every reader of romance. The books will begin going into the sales room this week and will be restocked over the next few weeks or until they are sold out. Friends Pop-up children’s book sale – Saturday, February 10, from 10:30 am to 12:30 pm. Mark this on your calendars for a great opportunity to purchase quality children’s books for low, low prices. There will also be a children’s craft as part of the pop up sale, in front of the library entrance.
Golden Anniversary of the Library, One Book, One City program will be happening on Saturday, April 13 at 2 pm. Author Lisa See will be coming to talk about her book, On Gold Mountain
