“DEAR CULVER CITY … “ Be a part of this community art project and meet Artist Laureate Katy Krantz! Katy will be located at tables near the picnic area. From 10 AM to 12 NOON on Saturday, September 9, 2023 at Culver West Alexander Park.Participants have an opportunity to write down words that come to mind to describe Culver City, PAST, PRESENT and FUTURE. Stamp words into soft clay. All materials are provided on site.
Katy Krantz, a ceramicist and teacher, has developed activities to engage the Culver City community through the arts. You are invited to participate by visiting one of our Parks, Recreation & Community Services (PRCS) parks and joining this free, family-friendly, project titled, “DEAR CULVER CITY …”
The project will culminate in an art installation and collection of poems.
