The Wende Museum’s online program, the next guest speaker in the series “The Political Mandate of the Arts” is interdisciplinary artist and filmmaker Cauleen Smith. The series is co-produced by the Wende Museum, the Thomas Mann House and dublab radio, and organized by our student council members Anya, Gianna, Lexi and Natalie.
Cauleen Smith is an American born filmmaker and multimedia artist. She is best known for her feature film Drylongso and her experimental works that address the African-American identity, specifically the issues facing black women today.
