Planning Commission to Address Parcel Map for Affordable Housing at Culver-Palms UnitedMethodist

The Culver City Planning Commission meeting on Jan. 25, 2023 at 7 pm will include a public hearing on the approval of the proposed tentative parcel map for the affordable housing development being created through a partnership of the Community Corporation of Santa Monica and the Culver-Palms United Methodist Church. 

The project will involve razing all existing church facilities. The affordable housing building will be located on the back two-thirds of the property. New church facilities are planned for the front one-third of the property after the completion of the new structure. 

The development is already approved. The public hearing on the tentative parcel map for the 95-unit affordable housing mixed-use development at 4464 Sepulveda Boulevard will be subject to streamlined ministerial processing under Senate Bill 35.
