Please join the Culver City Parks, Recreation and Community Services Department as we gather in person to celebrate and honor the life and legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.
The program will include:
Welcome from Culver City Mayor, Albert Vera.
Actor and motivational speaker Gerald C. Rivers will perform a collection of speeches by Dr. King based on the theme of Freedom For All.
Live musical performances.
Raffle prizes.
Refreshments and the opportunity for participants to chat and mingle.
All community members are invited to participate. Cost is Free. No RSVP necessary.
There is free and accessible parking available on-site at Veterans Memorial Park, which is located at 4117 Overland Avenue on the corner of Culver & Overland in Culver City. The event will take place indoors.
