The Culver City Police Department is asking the public to help identify a suspect who broke into an El Pollo Loco on Feb. 1, 2021, in an attempted burglary. After smashing a window at the drive-through restaurant at 12860 Washington Blvd. the suspect entered the building carrying what appears in the video to be a handgun. The suspect then attempted to break into the manager’s office.
The statement from the CCPD noted that “The suspect is believed to be responsible for breaking multiple glass doors of nearby businesses.”
