  1. The victim, Richard Hall, has since died as a result of this crime. What happens now? Will murder be added to Jonathan Rosas offenses ? My father, the victim, has spent over 6 weeks in the hospital with severe injuries to his brain. He succumbed to his injuries on October 18, 2020 at 10;04 pm. What will happen?

  2. Dear Ms. Roten-
My most sincere condolences on your loss. My own father was murdered in a crime that seemed just that random; it’s devastating.
This would be a question for the district attorney – I believe as next of kin, they would be in touch with you.
Please accept my sympathy for your sorrow.
