Tonight’s City Council meeting will include a “Status of City-Owned Property Located at 10858 Culver Boulevard,” and the former AmVets building may be moved into the next stage of it’s life in the community.
While a number of community meetings the took place in 2019, the consensus to develop the property as a community center and performance space was sent back to city staff for research and consideration.
From the city – On Monday, February 24, 2020 City Council Meeting, the City Council will consider the following: (1) Report on the Status of City-Owned Property Located at 10858 Culver Boulevard; and (2) Direction to the City Manager as Deemed Appropriate.
