Bring the kids to enjoy the winter wonderland without dropping into subzero degrees – The winter favorite “Snowless Snow Party” is returning to the Culver City Julian Dixon Library on Dec. 14 from 2 to 3:30 pm. Come and make a tube-sock snowman, build a marshmallow snowman, or make some ‘snowman soup.’ A special holiday sale of children’s pop-up books will also be available during the event.
