Voting by Mail? Ballots Available Until May 27

Vote-1024x682The Los Angeles County Registrar-Recorder/County Clerk (RR/CC) Dean C. Logan reminds L.A. County voters to request a Vote by Mail ballot by Tuesday, May 27 for the June 3, 2014 Statewide Direct Primary Election.

The application period for Vote by Mail ballots begins today, which is also the first day of early voting. In addition, the RR/CC began mailing approximately 1.4 million Vote by Mail ballots to voters today.

Requesting a Vote by Mail ballot is easy and can be done online or by using the back of the official sample ballot. Registered voters can also apply in person at the RR/CC’s main office: 12400 Imperial Hwy., 3rd floor, Room 3002, Norwalk, CA 90650.

L.A. County residents who applied for a Vote by Mail ballot can check the status of their ballot online here.
