Developed throughout 2026 and 2027, the plan will guide cultural investment, programming, and public art commissioning for the next decade. Community input will be central to the process through pop-up events, focus groups, surveys, and public input sessions.
The plan will focus on four key areas: Community Engagement, Public Art, Sustainable Funding, Creative Economy. Led by the City’s Cultural Affairs Division, the plan is being developed in partnership with CVL Economics, MIG, the Cultural Affairs Commission, City staff, and the community.
