A second Community meeting has been scheduled in regard to the proposed In-n-Out Burger on Jefferson Boulevard on Feb. 3 at 6 pm. The meeting will be held in-person at the Rotunda in the Veterans Memorial Building 4117 Overland Avenue, Culver City.
Community Meeting is being held as part of the submittal for a Conditional Use Permit with the Culver City Current Planning Division. This is the make-up meeting for the first meeting on January 6, 2026.
Anyone interested in this project is invited to join, in person or online. Plans and renderings for the proposed project will be presented and available for viewing by attendees.
The Project is a 1-story, 3,887 SF restaurant with a drive-through in the MU-HD zone. The plan includes 84 indoor seats, 44 outdoor seats, 61 automobile parking spaces, and queuing for 26 vehicles on the Project site.
