The community is invited to a meeting regarding a development proposal for the property located at the northeast corner of Sawtelle and Sepulveda Boulevards, generally addressed as 11046 Jefferson Blvd, Culver City.
If approved, this could be the third In-n-Out Burger in or near Culver City. The Venice Boulevard location is in the city of Los Angeles. The outlet next to Costco is in Culver City’s legal limits.
The meeting will be held in-person at the Culver City Julian Dixon Library at 4975 Overland Avenue, Culver City at 7 PM on Tuesday, January 6, 2026 (that’s tonight.)

This Community Meeting is being held as part of the pre-application process for a Conditional Use Permit. Anyone interested in this project is invited to join in person or online. Plans and renderings for the proposed project will be presented and available for viewing by attendees.
The Project is a one-story, 3,887 sq. ft. drive through restaurant in the Mixed Use-High Density zone with 84 indoor seats, 44 outdoor seats, 26 vehicular queuing slots, and 61 parking spaces.
