After last year’s community conversations, the city has put out a ‘Request for Proposals’ for consultants to prepare a land use plan to “Reimagine Fox Hills.” Both commercial property and affordable housing are included, and this will have a tremendous impact on Fox Hills and Culver City as a whole.
The offer for consulting services on affordable housing is open only until Nov. 14. 2019. The request for a consultant for commercial land use is open until Dec. 12, 2019.
More community research is also slated, so make sure you are getting the news and updates for your neighborhood. It can’t become the Fox Hills that you are imagining if they don’t hear from you.
