Extended Hours for Construction at Culver Studios

The City Council is pleased to invite your participation in a Public Meeting concerning: Jim Suhr (Applicant) / Hackman Capital (Property Owner)

City Council consideration of a Temporary Use Permit (TUP) request, to allow extended construction hours for concrete pouring associated with the construction of a parking structure, at 9336 Washington Boulevard. Pursuant to Culver City Municipal Code (CCMC) Section 9.07.035 –Construction and Chapter 17.520 – Temporary Use, Special Event, and Temporary Event Permits, construction activity of a specific nature in a non-residential zoning district may be granted hours beyond the CCMC allowed hours if a TUP is approved by the City Council.

The purpose of the Public Meeting is for the City Council to review and to receive public input on the proposed request. All members of the public are welcome to attend and participate in the public meeting.

The City Council agenda item reports are available for viewing online no later than 72 hours prior to the meeting date and time for regular meetings and no later than 24 hours prior to a special meeting or at the City Clerk’s Office.
