Citizen to Get Silverton – Pizette Reserves a Spot @ Citizen Public Market

Nancy Silverton’s long-awaited pizza place is coming to Culver City. The new eatery, Pizette, will be at the upcoming Citizen Public Market, currently in process at 9355 Culver Blvd., Historic Building #4, the former home of The Citizen newspaper in downtown Culver City.

Silverton’s first new venture in six years, Pizette will be offering small pizzas and folded open-face sabich-like options with the same pizza dough. As Silverton is the woman who created the La Brea Bakery back in 1989,  you can bet that pizza dough is going to be something pretty special.

With an approximate ten vendors to be in the hall, there are options scheduled that include an oyster bar, and cocktails from the team at Cafe Birdie, Wade McElroy and Russell Malixi.

The food hall, originally slated to open this summer, is now scheduled for completion this fall.
