On Saturday, April 27, 9am-noon, Ballona Creek Renaissance welcomes volunteers of all ages to help keep our mostly plastic trash from polluting the ocean! BCR will be at 4995 S. Centinela Ave., Los Angeles 90066, a special gateway to the creek bike path—a place where the inland water meets the tide in a reed-lined soft-bottom waterway with birds, fish, and still too much trash!
Volunteers under 18 need waiver forms signed by their parent or guardian. For cleanup details and under-18 waivers, go to ballonacreek.org/all-project-list/project-1/. BCR can also sign for community service credits!
