At approximately 3:00 a.m.on December 26, 2018, all Culver City Fire Department units responded to an alarm at 3850 Sepulveda Blvd. to find a motel unit in flames. Culver City firefighters made an aggressive and purposeful attack on the fire, confining it to the room of origin. Culver City paramedics medically evaluated and transported one civilian. Three motel guests were displaced due to smoke damage in their rooms. The cause is currently under investigation.
