The Willows Community School proudly presents an evening with Dr. Michael Gurian, bestselling author of 32 books including The Wonder of Boys and The Wonder of Girls, on Wednesday, November 7 from 7:00 to 9:00 pm. at The Willows Community School, 8509 Higuera Street, Culver City, 90232. His talk will be followed by a Q & A and a book signing. Books will be available at the event.
Protecting the Emotional Life of Boys and Girls will explore the differences in the behavior, learning styles, and interests of boys and girls, as well as the increases in depression, anxiety, and ADD/ADHD that are seen today. Parents and educators will gain new strategies to raise, happy, successful, and emotionally fulfilled children.
The evening is free and open to all. Seating is limited; a reservation is required.
