City to Offer Listening Workshop on Hillside Standards

culver-crest-neighborhoodThe ongoing controversy in regard to building on the hillside in the Culver Crest neighborhood of Culver City has filled many City Council meetings and Neighborhood Association meetings with comments. The perfect balance is now on the schedule; the city is offering a Listening Workshop provide the opportunity for the Lower and Upper Culver Crest community members to provide input regarding development in their neighborhood.

The meeting/workshop taking place at the Veterans Memorial Building, in the Garden Room at 4117 Overland Avenue, Culver City, CA 90230 on Thursday, July 06, 2017, at 7:00 pm.

This will be the first of four community meetings/workshops and public hearings where Lower and Upper Culver Crest Hillside neighbors will have an opportunity to provide input regarding hillside development. The City seeks to understand the issues and opportunities associated with hillside single family development and design and to acknowledge and record community member concerns. All members of the public are welcome to attend and participate in the public meeting/workshop.
