If you have concerns about flight noise and airport expansion, the next meeting for the Culver City Council and the community to address this issues is this Thursday Oct. 20. The City of Culver City LAX City Council Subcommittee invites you to join a Community Meeting on the FAA SoCal Metroplex Project Environmental Assessment Report. This Community meeting is scheduled for 6:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. in the Mike Balkman Council Chambers, Culver City City Hall, 9770 Culver Boulevard, Culver City, CA 90232. The panel will include City Council Subcommittee Members Mayor Jim B. Clarke and Council Member Goran Eriksson.
Why is this meeting important? The clock is ticking and it’s our last chance to ensure that our representatives do the right thing and file against the FAA by the October 28th deadline.
