The next meeting of the Planning Commission on Wednesday June 8 at City Hall will be the public meeting to review and to receive public input on the proposed development and construction at The Culver Studios. All members of the public are welcome to attend and participate in the public meeting.
The Culver Studios already got the nod last November from the city to add in parking and more studio space. The Comprehensive Plan Conformance Review will be up for discussion to determine whether the revised plans for Building Y and the Van Buren Parking Structure provide additional visual enhancements and minimize potential impacts to adjacent residential uses pursuant to Condition No. 106 of Planning Commission Resolution No. 2015-R098 adopted on November 18, 2015, conditionally approving the Culver Studios Comprehensive Plan Amendment No 6.
The Planning Commission staff report will be available for viewing on the City’s
website on or after June 1, 2016 at www.culvercity.org, or at City Hall in the
Planning Division.
