A free reading of Christina Harley’s play, “Dreamers: Resurrection City” will be presented at the the Mayme Clayton Library and Museum on Thursday, June 2, 2016 at 7 pm as part of a commemoration on the anniversary of The Poor People’s Campaign of 1968. Former Councilman/Freedom Rider Robert Farrell will share opening thoughts about this historic movement as well as the construction of Resurrection City. The evening will also include a panel discussion with a Q and A featuring prominent UCLA scholars.
