Community Yoga is back at Maitri! Start your week right with an All levels Vinyasa class or come mid-week for a Restorative class to ease you into the rest of the week. Either way we’re here for you.
Sunday morning All Levels Vinyasa classes will start April 10th and Wednesday Restorative classes on April 13th. All classes will be $10.
Meet our newest Maitri team member and our resident yoga teacher, Ava Moreno! She is fresh from Boston and is excited to share her yoga practice with Los Angeles. Her philosophy for teaching and training is to recognize and to tap into each student’s own individual needs and to be able to find a balance between push and pull, challenge and ease, and growth and grounding.
