Surfas has sold, and Vitruvian Culver City LLC is holding a community meeting to update on their plans to develop that property, located at 8777 Washington Blvd. The new property owner Vitruvian is proposing a five story mixed use building, including 15,000 ft. of ground floor retail, 30,000 ft. of office space, 80 units of residential apartments and three levels of underground parking.
