Join the Parks, Recreation and Community Services (PRCS) Commission on Tuesday, September 1, 2015 in a Community Conversation on ensuring that our youth teams, sports and competition are successfully building community, camaraderie and resilience. This panel discussion, followed by a Question and Answer session, will explore ways to foster and support the goal of youth athletics to teach participants that a sport or activity should be enjoyed for its own sake, with proper consideration for fairness, ethics, respect, and a sense of fellowship with one’s competitors. The panel of experts on instilling sportsmanship in Youth Athletics includes:
