The August 11, 2015 Cultural Affairs Commission meeting agenda will include an item inviting members of the public to provide comment on the creation of the position of Honorary City Poet Laureate. The intent is to provide the appropriate Cultural Affairs Commission subcommittee the opportunity to consider public input prior to making a presentation to the full Cultural Affairs Commission at its meeting on September 8, 2015.
The Cultural Affairs Commission meets at City Hall in the Mike Balkman Council Chambers at 7 pm.
