The Culver City community continues to discuss housing, and an important facet of that conversation is the controversial concept of “mansionization.” The regular meeting of the Planning Commission on July 22, 2015 at 7 pm meeting at the Mike Balkman Council Chambers at City Hall will be the next venue to consider the subject.
The Commission will receive a report from the city staff that was requested by the City Council at the June 8, 2015 meeting, to include background information, analysis and recommendations regarding potential development regulations for how the city should proceed.
