Almost Culver City, just right next door, the Motor Avenue Farmer’s Market is having a special environmental event this Sunday July 19th from 9am-2pm with Rain Barrels International.
In efforts to reduce water waste, people are able to buy a Rain Barrel on rainbarrelsintl.com before the event and come to our Farmer’s Market to pick it up where they will be reimbursed the full $87! It is a wonderful opportunity for people to get rain barrels, learn about how rain barrels are helpful for saving water, and stop by a local farmer’s market to grab their fresh produce or a bite to eat.
If you go the Culver City Farmer’s Market on Tuesdays, this is a great little market to add to your ‘fresh from the farm’ shopping habits.
