Here’s the notice regarding the full closure of Bagley Avenue for track work and roadway improvements. There will be Full Closure of Bagley Avenue and Exposition Boulevard, Continuous Closure – 7:00 a.m., Monday, October 13 to 9:00 p.m., Friday, October 17, 2014
Work Hours: 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., Monday through Friday
Bagley Avenue, between Exposition Boulevard and the I-10 Freeway
Exposition Boulevard, between Cardiff Avenue and Durango Avenue
Bagley Avenue and Exposition Boulevard will be temporarily closed. Please refer to the detour map and follow detour signs for alternate routes.
Westbound and Eastbound Exposition Boulevard will have limited access during the closure.
Local access in the closure areas will be maintained at all times.
Eastbound and Westbound National Boulevard will remain open.
Electronic message boards, directional signage and flaggers will be used to direct vehicles and pedestrians around the construction zone.
Noise levels will be monitored to ensure work performed is within the necessary compliance levels. Sound blankets will be installed if required to buffer any noise that may impact the surrounding community.
Work crews will water down the work area to minimize dust, sweep adjacent streets of debris as needed, and will monitor the air.
Parking restrictions will be strictly enforced at all times and signage with specific restrictions will be in place in all construction areas.
Please obey all posted construction signs and do not enter the construction work zone.
