Dear Editor – Good Schools Make Community

Dear Editor:

I don’t have a child in Culver City schools anymore. My daughter is an adult now. She’s married with a good job. She and her husband hope to have a child of their own someday soon. When they do, they’re planning on moving back to Culver City. Why? Because of our schools.

But you know what? Even if I didn’t have my own family in mind, I’d vote for Measure CC. My daughter is just one of many people who consider our schools to be one of the best reasons to live here. They always have been.

I’m totally in support of Measure CC. We need to invest in the things that make our city great. We need to invest in the children who will grow up and become our leaders, doctors, scientists and explorers!
