The Culver City School District’s Board of Education will begin taking its show on the road, visiting various school sites throughout the District and holding its regularly schedule meetings on-campus instead of at the District Office.
The first “road” meeting will be held Tuesday, January 14 at La Ballona Elementary School at 10915 West Washington Boulevard.
Preceding the board meeting, La Ballona Principal Jennifer Slabbinck will be providing a campus tour from 6:15 to 6:45 p.m.
“Our vision is to have the school presenting their annual ‘School Spotlight’ serve as host for the meeting,” said Superintendent Dave LaRose. “By holding meetings at the school sites, providing tours and engaging the school community, the presentations will provide a more personalized representation of what makes every CCUSD school so special.”
