Culver City residents, October 8 was Walk to School Day. November 5 will be walk to your polling place day.
For those voting by mail, you likely received your ballot yesterday. My 21 year old son did, in Evanston, Illinois and will be voting this school board election.
How about you? There are seven candidates running for three seats, so the election may be tight. The three candidates who rise to the top for me, in almost every measurable way, are School Board President Kathy Paspalis, Susanne Robins and Steve Levin. Please vote for them to keep our local schools, and our community, the best they can be.
