Westside Baseball’s Westchester Babe Ruth All Star teams are now playing their respective tournaments. For the first time in memory, the 13 team, the 14U team and the 15U team each won their respective District Titles (besting teams from South Torrance, Torrance and El Segundo).
Each is in the process of participating in, and/or already winning, the Southern California State Tournament. The 15’s (last years’ World Series participants as 14s) won State last night, and leave for Tucson, Arizona for the Pacific Southwest Regional Title next Friday. The 13’s play in the State Finals this weekend. The 14’s play in the State Finals tonight and Sunday.

Westchester Babe Ruth encompasses players from Culver City, Westchester, Hawthorne, Ladera, Inglewood, Playa del Rey, Santa Monica, Venice, and various areas in Los Angeles.
