It’s chilly, it’s dark, the kids are restless…time to head to the library ! On Tuesday, December 4, the Culver City Friends of the Library will have a special story time with outstanding story teller Celia Carroll. She will provide a festive winter craft to follow the stories. 7 pm in the Meeting Room.
Our annual Snowless Snow Party will take place at the library on December 8 from 2:30 to 4 pm. Come and make a sock snowman, eat a snow cone and take home ingredients for snowman soup! This is always a fun activity for kids of all ages. If you want to help, please join us. We could use some good volunteers!
Save the date on Saturday evening, January 11 for our annual Installation Dinner and Annual Meeting. This should be a wonderful, exciting, memorable event that you won’t want to miss. More details will follow!
We had a good book sale and craft fair. Things were a little slow, thanks to the rain, but the brave souls who braved the elements got lots of good books and amazing crafts. Don’t forget that you can still buy books in the library book sale room.
