Westchester’s road to the Babe Ruth World Series hit a bump Thursday night as the team lost to Hawaii 6-2. The Westchester bats, quiet all week, were especially silent throughout the game, and the defense which had been solid through the tournament, failed to support pitchers Jordan Caines and Reggie Castro.
Westchester faces Utah this evening. The winner of that game will get a rematch against Hawaii on Saturday.
