How do you get your offspring to love healthy food ? Be the best example around. Now that all five of our grade schools have gardens, it’s time to get educated and get into the program. GrowingGreat Parent Workshop will focus on healthy choices for lunch and snacks. Please mark your calendars for the next free workshop on Tuesday February 7th at 7 p.m. at Linwood E. Howe Elementary School Cafetorium. Attendees will be given nutrition information and new recipes for dinner time ideas. And, of course, parents can sample lots of free, tasty snacks.
