Book Sale This Saturday – Feb 5 at Lin Howe

Great Books Going Cheap This Saturday!

Has your daughter read every last edition of Junie B. Jones? Is your son ready to graduate from Goosebumps to something more exalted, or at least more awesome? Are you looking for a good coffee table book, or a guilty-pleasure paperback, for not much gelt? Come to Lin Howe Elementary’s annual used-book event, “For the Love of Books”, this Saturday, Feb. 5, and update your home library for just pennies on the dollar.

The sale runs this Saturday only from 9 am to noon on the Linwood E. Howe play yard at 4100 Irving Place. On sale will be tons of books for the whole family, from gently used baby books to old and new classics for Mom and Pop, as well as a great selection of pre-owned DVDs. Look for great deals on paperbacks and hardcovers from all genres, Spanish-language titles and picture books.

All proceeds will benefit programs sponsored by the Linwood E. Howe Boosters.
