CCUSD Graduates Step Up to University Status

The high school graduation on June 18 was a proud moment for many Culver City families, with one Valedictorian, Alexander Kurihara, and 12 Salutatorians (that’s a tremendous number to tie for second place) gracing the stage at graduation. Not only did these students top out of an exceptionally high achieving class at the high school, they are headed for some first rate universities.

Valedictorian  Alexander Kurihara will be attending Brown University. The Salutatorians; Glenn Alexander will head for Northwestern University
Seth Bronstein willbe attending University of Washington, Austin Fan will attend UC Berkeley, Lauren Fox will go to Chapman Univesity, Matthew Hershman and Kelly Jew both to UCLA and Marisa Okano, Jesse River Pilchen and Divakar Singamsetty will all three attend USC.

College info was not available for the other three sals, Timothy Kan, Jacob Lewe, Alexander Lin.
