A warm-hearted, right minded Culvercitizen found this dog on Culver and Elenda, with a collar but not a tag. It’s someone’s pet and well cared for. The finder took it to the vet over on Culver and Sepulveda to see if the dog was chipped, although it wasn’t, the nice vet decided to board it there for the night.
