Culver City Public Works Environmental Programs and Operations is pleased to announce West Basin in partnership with Surfrider Foundation and G3 Los Angeles will be conducting an Ocean Friendly Garden Workshop on Saturday, April 24 at the Baldwin Hills Scenic Overlook Center, from 9 A.M. – 12 P.M.
Informative and inspiring 3 hour workshop that teach residents about native plants and building sustainable “Ocean Friendly” gardens. This program is funded through a state grant awarded to West Basin. West Basin and its partners are conducting 40 workshops over 3 years, or roughly 13-14 Workshops per year.
Workshops are provided for free. Please join us at the beautiful Baldwin Hills Scenic Overlook Center as we learn together how to live sustainably.
