Blood Orange and Fennel Salad (serves 4) 2 medium fennel bulbs, finely sliced crosswise 1 T. fresh blood orange juice 2 T. olive oil 1/4 t. salt 1/4 t. black pepper 4 blood oranges Place finely sliced fennel bulbs in bowl.
